16 Brain Science professors featured among the world’s most-cited researchers of 2021

16 professors from the Faculty of Brain Sciences have been included on Clarivate’s ‘Highly Cited Researchers 2021’ list, which names the 1,000 most cited researchers in the world.

The methodology used to determine the annual list of influential researchers draws upon data and analysis from Clarivate’s data scientists and bibliometric experts. This year, 48 academics from Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê were identified as authors of the most influential research papers around the world.

The Faculty of Brain Sciences had the highest number of academics from across Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê’s faculties included on with list. With 38 primary and 10 secondary affiliations, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê has the 3rd most in the UK behind the universities of Oxford and Cambridge – and ranks 4th in Europe and 26th in the world overall.
