On 21 March 2019, Professor Mazzucato presented听this major policy report to the听Scottish Government that听sets听out an innovative mission-oriented framework for the Scottish National Investment Bank.听The new paper presents a framework for guiding the bank鈥檚 investments towards tackling key societal challenges, and promoting transformational change across Scotland鈥檚 economy. Co-authored with Laurie Macfarlane, the paper is the latest contribution to IIPP鈥檚 path-breaking research on state investment banks.
