Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê-Energy and Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê ISR researcher Will McDowall has given evidence at the House of Commons Energy and Climate Change Committee on low carbon innovation. He was invited to give oral evidence following a written submission to the committee in December. He spoke about the current arrangements for co-ordination of R&D spending with incentives and policies fostering technology deployment.
