At the start of this new academic year, we wanted to encourage positive mental health with our Gratitude Journals Giveaway!Ìý

To enter, all you have to do is comment on our, answering the question ‘What do you do to support your wellbeing?’ and follow us.Ìý

We hope this will generateÌýlots of tips and advice from students and academics to help us all cope as we move into the new academic year!Ìý

The competition opened at 9am on 2 October 2024 and will close at 9am on 9 October 2024.Ìý

This competition is only for current Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Arts & Humanities students.ÌýÌý

Rules/terms & conditions:Ìý

We will pick two winners, who will each receive a copy of ‘The Five Minute Journal’ - more details on the journal .ÌýÌý

The winner of this competition will be picked randomly using online platforms. An alternative winner will be selected if we do not receive a response from an individual winner within 7 days of notification. We will not accept any responsibility for entries not received for any reason, including those people who's privacy settings prevent non-friends or public from viewing their shared posts.Ìý

All entrants must be a current and enrolled student of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê, in the Arts & Humanities faculty.ÌýÌý

All entrants must be the sole owner and author of their entry.Ìý

Eligible entries must:Ìý

• comment on the Instagram post what they do to support their wellbeingÌý
• follow @artshumucl on InstagramÌýÌý
• contain original and interesting subject matter.Ìý

Entrants must provide their full name and course if selected as a winner.ÌýÌý

The prize must be collected from campus.Ìý
