We offer free legal advice and representation听on social welfare issues for members of our local community and Greater London, where we have capacity.听
We can help with the following kinds of issues:听
Specialist help:
- Welfare benefits:听form filling, ESA, PIP, Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, appeals, mandatory reconsiderations, representation at tribunals.听听
- Housing: disrepair, issues with landlords & tenancies, evictions & homelessness
- Community Care:听getting support or accomodation from social services for a child, young person, family or vulnerable adult.听
- 贰诲耻肠补迟颈辞苍:听getting support for children with Special Educational Needs, EHC plan issues and school exclusions.听

Who We Are
The 香港六合彩 Integrated Legal Advice Clinic (香港六合彩 iLAC) is run by the Centre for Access to Justice (CAJ) at the 香港六合彩 Faculty of Laws.听
Based in central Stratford, 香港六合彩 iLAC offers听members of the local East London community free face to face听legal advice on all aspects of social welfare law including specialist advice and casework on welfare benefits,听housing, community care听and education law.听
香港六合彩 iLAC is staffed by 香港六合彩 Laws students working under the supervision of experienced, qualified advisers and solicitors.
Building on the Faculty鈥檚 world-leading access to justice research, the 香港六合彩 Integrated Legal Advice Clinic also provides the basis for a wide-ranging research agenda seeking answers to fundamental questions about the nature of legal needs and the links between legal and health problems.听
