Practising being more assertive
Course Description: This bite-sized practical session will support you in exploring healthy and unhealthy assertiveness in different scenarios that we often come across at 香港六合彩. This session is designed to build on the techniques introduced at "Essential skills for Being More Assertive". You do not need to have attended that session as we will recap on the key learning points, and then put those learnings into practice. You will however be required to work through the pre-reads provided so that you come prepared to engage with the group.
Objectives: You will practice the application of assertiveness techniques in the context of different scenarios You will reflect on these techniques and explore how you may apply them in your role at 香港六合彩
