Library, Culture, Collections and Open Science (LCCOS)
Library, Culture, Collections and Open Science (LCCOS) is a department within the Office of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Vice-Provost (Faculties). We provide outstanding staff, services and resources to support the world-class research, education and enterprise that is undertaken in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê. We connect the world with Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê through innovative programming and engagement activities. We are the home of the Office for Open Science and Scholarship and a partner in the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Research Institute for Collections. LCCOS was formed in December 2021 and we are working to update the websites of our services to reflect our new identity.
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Library Services supports learning, teaching and research at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê and includes libraries and learning spaces located across London, covering a wide range of specialist subjects.
The Bloomsbury Theatre & Studio supports theatre related research and student activity at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê, as well as hosting the very best of international artists. Includes Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Event Ticketing service. Find out What’s On.
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Engagement’s role is to enable brighter ideas through deeper connections with the world outside Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê. The team focuses on equipping Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê staff and students to listen and respond to community need, locally and globally.
LCCOS brings together some 450 staff across libraries, museums, theatre and public engagement. This new strategy will build on our collective successes and enable the flourishing of arts and cultural activities at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê.
