T71/1610: letter from Chas Paul, Whittington Rectory, near Radstock, Bath, dated 14/11/1835 stating he is aware of the counterclaim from Alex Innes's executors: 'all parties are anxious to avoid any delay in the payment of the compensation, and fearing lest the existence of a counterclaim should cause the case of Kingstown Park to be classed under the head 'disputed claims' ... I write to know by what means such inconvenience may be avoided.'
