T71/874: claim by Jefferies & Esdaile, of Trelawny, as mortgagees. Berners and Capper counterclaimed for interest on 拢10,000, 拢2700 arrears. Counterclaim also from Mary Reid, under the will of Geo. Reid, dated 28/07/1819, as an annuitant for 拢500 per annum for (same?) 拢2,700 arrears. (Rev.) Geo. Capper was the executor of Mary Reid (deceased).
