T71/1200: counterclaim by 'John Atkins of Walbrook London by Andrew Simpson St Andrew Jamaica his attorney', mortgagee in fee simple for 拢18,000. Atkins withdrew his counterclaim. 'Attorney of Jas Cargill annulling the withdrawal of the counterclaim'. Letter dated 21/01/1836 'from John Atkins praying that the Comp. money may be pd to him, as counterclaimant ['as the attorney of Mr Cargill' deleted here] and transmitting two letters from the Claimant shewing his intention that the compensation money should be paid to him'.
